We have an opportunity a Scheduler to join our team based in Crewe. You will be responsible for ensuring the technicians in the field have an efficient full day’s work and managing the day to day balancing and allocation of jobs as required.

This more than scheduling, but an opportunity to make a difference to your customers every day by delivering an exceptional service; all whilst working in a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment with a team willing to go the extra mile for each other and our patients.

**Duties will include**:

- Assign critical jobs to field technicians efficiently using scheduling software and following them through to completion in line with SLA.
- Technician availability is managed through regular communication with Regional Team Managers.
- Ensure all mandatory jobs are assigned and allocated to technicians on that day through periodic checks
- Quality checks to ensure that our scheduling software matches our front-end system
- Reviewing routes to ensure we support nationally with technician’s end times and workload.
- Monitor a dedicated inbox to action operational requests
- Support an inbound technician helpline, resolving queries as required
- Resilient to changes in process as required to improve accuracy and efficiency in business practices.

**Experience Required**:

- Planning experience, preferred
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, flexible and proactive approach to achieve the departments’ objectives
- Assertiveness where necessary
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload
