- Reporting to Warehouse Supervisor as part of warehouse team
- Picking & packing orders
- Drumming down of chemicals
- Waste acceptance & segregation
- General warehouse responsibilities
- Completion and verifying pre-preparedpaperwork are correct for chemical deliveries and despatch
- Preparing hazardous goods for safe transportation including labelling and packaging
- Forklift truck driver operator - off-loading/loading road vehicles
- Compliance with written and verbal instructionsfrom management and internal paperwork systems and procedures.
- Housekeeping: Keeping waste transfer station area, PPE, equipment and tools clean, tidy and stored in line with instructions, company policy and waste permit conditions.
- Adhere to Health &Safety regulations and company policies Personal Requirements
- Hardworking/ Strong work ethic
- Reliable/Flexible
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work alone but also to work within a team
- Counterbalance forklift licence (not essentialas training will be provided)
