**Dietetic Assistant Practitioner (Band 4)**

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our specialist dietetic service in an assistant practitioner role.
You will join a supportive team of dietitians providing specialist services for community learning disabilities within Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust (BDCFT). You will mainly support people requiring enteral tube feeding, working directly with service users and families in their own homes, collecting clinical and other information to implement agreed care plans.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the relevant qualifications, who has experience of working in a community care setting or with health/voluntary sector staff and the public. You will need excellent communication skills and a caring and compassionate approach.
