We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our growing commercial vehicle sales team and work with and sell the Market Leader Ford Motor Company product.

**The Role**:

- This role will involve selling, contract hiring and renting long term and short-term vehicles.
- You will mainly be prospecting and building relationships with company owners and fleet managers and understand their business so you can help them with their fleet solutions.
- You will be based in your own office at our Transit centre and while prospecting to find new fleet customers you will also be able to sell to customers onsite new and used commercials.
- You will also be expected to travel for meetings prospecting and handovers all over northern Ireland and UK if you get the customers.

**Required Experience**:

- Experience in sales is essential. Sales experience in car or vans is an advantage
- Must be self-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality
- A true desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Able to demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm; together with a willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.
- Listen well, influence & persuasive
- Able to convince others in both positive or negative circumstances
- Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Must be flexible to work weekends, nights and bank holidays
- Must hold a valid Driving licence
- At least educated to G.C.S.E level, with minimum Grace C in Math and English
- Uncapped on target earnings based upon your sales performance

**Work Schedule**:
Our Sales Executives work mon-fri each week which will include 1 late nights until 7.30 pm and rotated Saturdays from 9 am to 2.30 pm. Bank holidays are rotated and open under Saturday hours. The sales team will receive full days holiday for any Bank Holidays worked.
