**Salary**: £55,000 - £63,000 (plus car allowance or company car)

If you have experience working within IT in a Business Analyst, Project Delivery, Pre-Sales or general IT related capacity then we’d love to hear from you Following significant investment in technology across our Group we’re looking for a Technology BusinessPartner to be the primary conduit between IT and our successful ‘FMG RS’ business as well as our ‘Redde Northgate’ Group Shared Service Centre. There’s plenty to sink your teeth into in this role as we continue to grow rapidly, from integration projects toa large-scale WAN replacement project going live in the next 12 months.

This is a pivotal role in the team as you’ll manage a range of internal stakeholders and play an active role in analysing and agreeing the group IT vision, goals and objectives which contribute to the IT strategy and roadmap. You’ll also be responsible forensuring that IT are developing valued solutions that align to the business ambitions, and you will be the voice of the business within the IT group, and the voice of IT within the business.

**About You**
- Primarily you will be an expert in Stakeholder Management & Communication, Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Delivery Assurance and Business Relationship Management & Consulting
- You’ll have experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and be able to influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in digital strategy development, fostering an environment of partnership and collaboration
- Ability to build strong working partnerships and act as a stakeholder champion when working with the wider IT delivery teams
- You’ll be able to gain trust and buy-in from others, as well as explain digital solutions in terms of business outcomes
- Sound judgement on the ROI on technology investments and be able to make balanced risk decisions when necessary
- You will be able to incorporate business priorities, strategies, goals, emerging technologies, industry trends and economic viability into plans
