We are looking for a fantastic Finance Business Partner to join Adler & Allan to support our Jet Aire business.
Jet Aire is currently at around 180 headcount and growing, and £20m T/O so we are looking for someone commercially savvy with an eye for detail to business partner the SLT within Jet Aire and report to Group level.
Having the ability to ‘roll your sleeves up’ have eyes on the ground and guide where needed is what is necessary for you and this role to be a success.
More about the role:
Management of an Assistant account and ultimately responsible for the preparation of all internal reporting within the business unit & to group, including month end reporting. Will need to be able to effectively communicate financial information & develop financial understanding with senior management of the business unit. Preparation of annual budgets, weekly forecasts Financial control of the business unit’s balance sheets. Including debtors, creditors, invoicing & accruals & prepayments. To liaise with credit control, purchase ledger and other functions to generate the best outcome for the group. Own a network of depots & develop key relationships with the senior leaders of that network. Own the capex process within the business unit. Month end reporting to the groupAbout you:
Bringing your strong knowledge of accounting with experience in a similar role is essential for you to make this a success story (Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA or similar).
Knowledge of Focalpoint, Access Dimensions / aCloud CRM would be advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided.
Great communication skills as your forte alongside strong stakeholder management where you can create and maintain professional working relationships will be the key to your success
Excellent Excel skills are required and knowledge of Power BI or Qlik, macros and SQL would be desirable.
