**Working Days**: Monday until Friday (No Weekends)

**Job Type**:Contract/Temporary

AK Teaching is currently seeking a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to support our client Primary Schools in Ashington. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of young children in their formative years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the EYFS teacher in implementing engaging and stimulating activities that support children's learning and development.
- Providing one-on-one support to children who require additional assistance.
- Creating a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to children's growth and development.
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally holds a minimum of Level 2 Qualification (Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or Childcare)
- Previous experience working with young children is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
