You will be required to work across our 3 pathways of ADHD, Duty & Assessment and Partnership, working closely with their leads and providing detailed management of the waiting lists, identify and offering solutions to issues as they arise. You will also be expected to liaise with parents/carers queries and act as first line for complaints management.

The Clinical Pathway Navigator (CPN) will work within a wider team supporting the divisional services and specialties with all aspects of pathway management. Facilitating the smooth running of the patient pathway by ensuring that there are co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes that revolve around the patient and their individual needs, proactively monitoring and tracking RTT, non-RTT, routine and urgent pathways to ensure that patient journeys are processed in line with nationally and local defined targets and that data is validated and inputted into local systems.

As this role forms part of a wider team of divisional administrative support, there will be an expectation of being able to flexibly work with various specialties as well as undertake a wide range of pathway related duties such as coordination and direct liaison with patients and various teams, booking appointments for outpatient activity, covering and supporting colleagues as appropriate.

To undertake the administration of all referrals received into the CAMHS teams, ensuring Patient Electronic Records are kept up to date
