Due to our outstanding continuous growth and business expansion, a fabulous opportunity has arisen and we are now looking for a full time vehicle service adviser to join our Aftersales Team.

**THE ROLE**
- Respond to all types of customer service enquiries & resolve wherever possible without referring to another team member, taking ownership of the enquiry & taking a proactive and positive approach to Customer Care ensuring satisfaction
- Carry out all administration functions relative to customer services effectively & within agreed service standards
- Accurately record, store, input & update information into the relevant ICT system and ensure all records and systems are up to date
- Be able to source parts
- Ensuring WIP is kept to a minimum
- To convert as many inbound/outbound calls onto bookings as possible
- To organise loan car bookings
- Book service & repair work, always ensuring workshop parts availability
- A positive attitude to customer service and personal development
- Consistently deliver customer service targets & service standard targets as specified and provide performance management information as required

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional, responsible & smart in appearance
- Focused & self motivated
- Patient and tactful
- Enthusiastic team player & able to use own initiative
- Possess strong IT skills
- The ability to quickly & accurately enter information, produce documentation and supply information
- Looking to progress and build a career within a successful expanding organisation
- Pinnicle DMS Knowledge would be an advantage. However, not crucial.

**THE PACKAGE**

As a Service Adviser you will receive a base salary (from £23k dependent on experience £30k OTE) plus an additional generous monthly performance dependent bonus scheme

20 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays

Company pension scheme

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
