Our client is looking for a PA / Administrator

**Client Details**

**Description**
- Provide general and administrative support to your Partner(s), ensuring that their time can be spent most efficiently and effectively
- Proactively monitoring and managing the compliance and risk procedures involving your Partner
- Responsible for pro-active diary management for the Partner(s), ensuring that meetings are recorded and planned for, along with any follow up actions
- Ensure that the Partner(s) and their wider team have what they need to perform their roles effectively
- Produce accurate and timely correspondence on behalf of the Partner for their client
- Accurately record any information on our systems
- Be a first point of contact for clients
- Ensure excellent levels of communication exist between you and the Partner
- Look after visitors and make any arrangements for meetings
- Proactively seek improved ways of working with and for your Partner and the wider team
- Contribute towards an effective working culture by consistently demonstrating positive competencies and behaviours
- Consistently demonstrating competencies and behaviours which contribute towards an effective working culture.
- Actively seek feedback, and contribute effectively to continuous improvement suggestions and programmes.
- Comply with all procedures and policies.
- Understanding and awareness of the commercial business of the Firm.
- Always represent the firm in a positive and professional manner.
- Being ambitious and responsible for your own career and personal growth, as well as the growth of the Firm.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Firm by taking on occasional tasks out
- with own remit.

**Profile**
- Previous administration experience is essential, particularly working in professional services
- Able to work with integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Proven ability to deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- A willingness to learn and to continually challenge yourself
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to prepare reports and information for Partner and Manager level use
- Strong IT skills
- Highly organised and someone who can work independently and to deadlines and equally encourage others to do so
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and show willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily
