37.5 hours per week. Full and part time hours will be considered.

**Salary**

**Starting salary potential £27.243 per annum**

**(£21,255 annual salary) + (£4,680 6 sleep in shifts per month) + (£1,308 enhancement for 40 weekend hours per month.)**
- *Figures based on base salary of _£21,255 _per annum, working full time (37.5 hours per week) + £65 per sleep, calculated for one/two sleep in per week and 25% hourly enhanced pay for weekend shift._

**About the role**
- As a Residential Support Worker you will work as part of a residential care team providing support for individuals with their physical, emotional and social needs with an emphasis on promoting independence.
- Working on your own initiative and as part of a team, your role as Residential Support Worker will be to prepare, assist and enable the young people to fulfil the aims of their person-centred plan.
- You will work flexibly to undertake the full range of duties in a well planned way that respects and values the young people as individuals.
