We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to our young people, including:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting our young people with their education and socialization skills
  • Encouraging and promoting positive behaviors and outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children and young people, and who has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support. You will have:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
