We are currently recruiting for a Part time / weekend Spa Host at St Pierre Park Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

St Pierre Park Hotel Spa and Golf Resort is a 131 Bedroom, 4 Star luxury hotel located close to St Peters Port on the beautiful island of Guernsey and is renowned for being the largest hotel on the island, and one of the best for a romantic get a way.

Dine on the Terrace overlooking the lake, experience a luxurious spa treatment or play one of only three golf courses on the island, this is the perfect base to explore the wonderful island of Guernsey.

**About the Role**:

- The role of our Spa Host is a key role in the spa as it is the forefront of the spa operation and pinnacle to the overall welcome and guest experience and journey delivered in the spa.
- As Spa Host you will also be responsible for dealing with guest enquires, spa bookings and retail sales.
- You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests throughout their time in the spa, to make them feel at home, relaxed, and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
- In collaboration with the spa team you’ll maintain regular and effective communication to ensure a seamless operation, aware of all the days activities.
- Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

About you:

- You will ideally have a background in a customer focused service role and an interest in a career within the Spa Industry.
- Be passionate about going above and beyond for our guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate hotel products and facilities.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
- Through your enthusiasm and willing approach, you will demonstrate how you find solutions to any scenario.
- Act calmly and professionally, maintaining an outwardly positive attitude even when under pressure.

- This is a Part-Time role working Saturdays & Sundays from 09:00 till 17:30, 16 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
