As a Territory Manager, you’ll build and maintain fantastic relationships with the key NHS stakeholders in your territory, including Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders. Your passion and innovation will help to drive advocacy and the execution of guidelines and pathways.
We’d love you to bring your ideas and thoughts too With your curiosity and intuition, you’ll add increasing value to the team by sharing insights and recommendations. Using your strong attention to detail and solutions mindset, working closely with your Regional Business Manager, you’ll solve problems and bring breakthrough solutions for our customers.
This is a field-based role, covering Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Teesside. This role will support Nutricia’s Oral Nutritional Supplements category.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, activate and monitor territory account plans aligned with the strategic priorities of the category.
Engage cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and drive business growth
Monitor and leverage key insights, including market data and KPIs
Advocate for Danone’s fantastic portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments and stakeholder requirements
Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs and Commercial advocates through involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings
About You
As a successful Territory Manager, we would love to see you demonstrate
- Proven history of strong sales performance, including developing and delivering against sales strategy
- A partnership led approach and strong customer focus, combined with robust negotiation, selling and influencing skills
- Highly organised with strong business planning, presentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the changing NHS and ability to adapt in line with its evolution
