We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to provide timely, well organised administrative support to a team of Account Managers. Your role will involve maintaining and updating data and records and supporting the team to ensure compliance and targetsare consistently maintained.

**Your role**:

- Providing technical administration assistance
- Creating reports as requested by customers and managers
- Acting as a point of contact for all enquiries and escalations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure contract delivery
- Streamline administrative operations
- Completing associated administration needed to close completed jobs
- To attend, take minutes and action lists at meetings when required
- Maintaining and managing customer relationships

**The person**:

- 2+ years strong Administration experience
- Ability to manage substantial workloads and prioritise as appropriate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to react quickly when necessary
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
