Stanton House is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant to join a Global Tech company based in Slough on a 6-month FTC offering £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role working 1-2 days in the office and the rest working from home. This job presents a fantastic opportunity to join a global tech company, offering the exciting possibility of starting in a temporary role and transitioning into a permanent position.

In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to a crucial aspect of the company's operations, working closely with the finance team to review month-end transactions and management accounting processes. While the position entails elements of business partnering, it's important to note that it also involves a strong focus on finance management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing month-end transactions and management accounting processes.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting in financial planning and analysis activities.
- Analyse margins, expenses, and financial data.
- Deliver critical management reporting.
- Manage one assistant finance business partner.
- Provide ad-hoc support to overcome hurdles.
- Support new tool introduction (SAP, S4 Hana).

Key Skills:

- Qualified or part-qualified in finance (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong background in finance and accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with month-end transactions and management accounting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and navigate challenging interactions.
- Great management skills - managing 1 junior.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle diverse personalities and situations.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
