We are looking for a driven and passionate person to help us hit our ambitious creative and business objectives. We are a small but well established creative agency in the process of growth.
- graphic focussed commercial content for corporate clients.

In addition, you will need excellent time and project management skills, strong communication and above all, a passion for visual communication. The role will primarily entail the production of motion graphic and animated content for our growing customer base. This will vary from short idents, to motion graphical elements within live video productions, through to fully animated films.

With Social Media being the focus of much of the work, an understanding of ad platforms and an awareness of changing trends is vital to ensure our clients get the best performance from our content.

You will be expected to work across a number of clients at the same time and ensure each customer account is given the focus and attention to detail we pride ourselves on delivering.

**About you**:

- 3 years relevant industry experience
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of humour and a calmcontrolled manner
- A self-starter with high attention to detail
- Deadline driven with effective time management skills
- Ability to work within/develop/create new systems of working
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills and to work with a range of stake-holders, with aconfidence in communicating and working with people from a variety ofbackgrounds and fields
- Ambitious - able to set personal aims, targets and goals, self-motivate and to useown initiative, in order to prioritise and manage conflicting demands

**Essential skills**:

- Strong design grounding and fluency with Adobe After Effects
- A competent FCPX editor
- Experience of creating on-screen titles, motion graphics and animation
- Placing graphics over live action footage
- To be innovative / creative / inquisitive to push forward new initiatives
- Impeccable attention to detail
- An understanding of the importance of Brand Identity and communication in both B2B & B2C marketing

**Desirable**
- Illustration/Drawing
- Demonstrable ability in CGI/VFX/cinema 4D
- Strong typography understanding and creative skills
- Editing live action video
- Experience of creating and delivering social media campaigns
- Any additional post-production skills - grading, sound design/mixing etc.

**We have offices in Kent and London, and for this role it is desired that the successful applicant works **_**some**_ **of the time in our London office, in a hybrid position.**
