About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Branded Video Editor to join our marketing team at Genesis Global Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical demo videos that showcase the capabilities of our platform, solutions, components, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing, Senior Designer, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to create engaging and informative visual content.
  • Assemble raw footage, add music, voiceovers, and graphics, and ensure the video is aligned with the project vision and brand guidelines.
  • Edit video content to enhance visual clarity, pacing, and narrative flow, ensuring technical information is presented in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Review and refine video content for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Create and incorporate animations, motion graphics, and special effects to visually represent complex technical concepts and product functionalities.
  • Design custom graphics and animations to support video content and branding initiatives.
  • Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Develop animations using animation software such as After Effects, Blender, or similar platforms.
  • Produce video content that meets the needs of the target audience and communicates technical information effectively.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and maintain organized video files and assets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio demonstrating technical demo videos and animation work.
  • Experience in creating content for technical or software products is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Expertise in animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Blender).
  • Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts through visual storytelling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
