**JOB ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure all orders are processed quickly & accurately
- Prepare quotations and proformas
- Deal with customer complaints
- Manage own artwork orders with design team
- Manage company web chat box
- Organise customer booking in slots
- Maintain company database including web accounts
- Liaise with customers and production re order status
- Track late orders
- Prepare delivery notes & review picking slips
- Manage help desk tickets
- Key Accounts: update client On Time In Full (OTIF)
- Organise customer feedback forms
- Work with sales and marketing to highlight new sales opportunities

**Essential Experience/Skills**
- Proven experience in previous Customer Service role
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team player
- First class communication skills both verbal and written

**Qualifications**:

- A levels or equivalent
- A minimum of C in GCSE Maths and English

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
