**A bit about the role...**

Working in a team with Tracy Back our Head of Chief Investment Office and Lucy Horrocks and Will Davey, the Analyst - Chief Investment Office will play a critical role in delivering key Investment activities and Homes England priorities. You will be joiningour small but friendly and highly experienced team who are committed to making positive change in how Investment business priorities are delivered and managed.

Tracy is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, and taking an innovative and creative approach to business, people and governance issues. Working with key stakeholders across Investment team and the wider organisation, you will ensure efficient, consistent service from the Chief InvestmentOffice team and the have the opportunity to help shape the way in which the team responds to key activities and issues.

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around people and resourcing, governance and major Homes England priorities. There are some rewarding and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunityto balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the offering.

**A bit about you**

Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You will be comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders with complex administrative issues. You will have some experience working on recruitment and resourcing tasks from organising adverts to induction processes.

You should be comfortable working with complex data and systems (including word, excel, powerpoint) and be able to effectively synthesise large data sets to easily digestible information to be shared with multiple audiences.

You will be able to provide administrative support with key meetings and wider governance including minute taking.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we doas a team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun, and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

As an experienced administrative professional, you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
