Chief Technology Officer


Our global PE backed technology client is looking to engage an experienced interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The role will be split between Europe & India.


About the Role:

As our CTO, you will be at the forefront of our technological evolution, driving innovation and spearheading the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions on a hyperscale cloud platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the technology vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of our SaaS products on a hyperscale cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experience.
  • Building and leading a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Driving research and development initiatives to explore emerging technologies, evaluate their potential impact, and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers and technology vendors to leverage best-in-class solutions and services.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of leadership in technology-driven organizations, with extensive experience in SaaS, Hyperscale, and Cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong technical proficiency across a broad range of technologies, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and related services.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire confidence at all levels of the organization.
