_We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Building Consultancy team. This role will be based within our Birmingham office and the post holder will provide excellent administrative support to the Building Consultancy team based in Bristol and the Industrial Agency team based in Birmingham. The post holder will take ownership of all the administrative duties within the team which will enable the provision of excellent service to all our clients and enable the fee earners within the team to carry out their duties effectively._

**Administrator Duties**:

- Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
- Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
- Formatting returned documents from outsourced provider
- Input to diaries, organising meetings and events
- Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases. Inputting and managing data and entries.
- Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
- Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
- Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required
- Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Maintain close communication with other administrators across different teams to ensure efficient running of the department/office at all times
- Effectively liaise with other relevant professionals to maintain a sound working knowledge of all relevant areas of the business

**Administrator Requirements**:
If you are enthusiastic individual who has willingness to tackle a variety of tasks, this role might be for you. You must have strong IT skills with advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge and excellent communication skills. You’ll be a strong team player, comfortable with multi-tasking and will have prior experience of working within a similar role.
