**Administrator - Housing refurb / modifications - Sutton Coldfield**

My client are a specialist in providing extensions and adaptations to housing for disabled residents. Based in Sutton Coldfield they work across Birmingham on council properties. They require an Administrator to manage project documentation and ensure it is correctly updated and stored on their systems.

**Administrator daily duties**:

- Upload, manager and store various pieces of project related documentation
- Access information using Microsoft office 365 programmes
- Be point of contact for any client related enquiries

**The successful Administrator will have/be**:

- Ideally have a construction related background
- Highly competent with Microsoft office programmes specifically sharepoint
- Strong organisational skills

**Salary**:

- £20 - 25,000 + package
