**Role: Administrator**

**Location: Birmingham**

**Duration: Temporary 3 - 6 Months**

**Salary: £10.25 - £11 per hour plus holiday**

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an Administrator for a Public Sector organisation based in the Birmingham

This role would be suitable for an experienced Administrator who is looking for a new role that provides a variety in tasks in a rewarding organisation.

The duties of the Administrator include:

- Provide support to the team
- Sort and distribute Incoming/outgoing post
- Updating spreadsheets and other databases ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained
- Dealing with incoming calls and passing on messages as appropriate
- Booking rooms as required
- Ad hoc tasks like scanning, printing, organising systems, collection draw
- Dealing with Petty Cash

The ideal Administrator will have:

- Experience within the public sector is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with dealing with petty cash

The Administrator will need to have excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet changing and tight deadlines.

The Administrator role offers a flexible working environment, with a mixture of office working and home working.
