We currently have a vacancy for a receptionist posts in Haematology Outpatients Department working at City Campus.

We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated staff members who would like the opportunity to work in a fast paced positive developing environment.

The applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner and good customer care skills. The post holders should also be able to prioritise and work well as members of a team, use their own initiative, maintaining accuracy with both verbal and written communication.

The role entails managing reception, welcoming patients and ensuring that all relevant administrative tasks are completed to provide the expected high standard of care for patients in hospital.

Experience

Essential criteria
- Experience of reception work. Experience of entering and retrieving data from a computer.

- Experience of working in a Experience of working in a busy, challenging and every changing environment. 1 year experience of working in a health care setting.

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
