**About The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Transport Cluster Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a cluster of Patient Service Operatives and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for coordinating driver schedules, managing route optimization, and monitoring vehicle maintenance and inspections. Your ability to make quick decisions and problem solve in a fast-paced environment will be essential.
- To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be liaising with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety and efficiency are also essential in this role. Experience in the transportation industry and a proven track record of successfully managing a team are highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of transport drivers, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols
- Coordinate and optimize driver schedules to maximize efficiency and meet customer demand
- Monitor and ensure compliance with vehicle maintenance and inspection requirements
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training to drivers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any operational issues or challenges
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement

**About You**:

- Proven experience in the transport industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of transport laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using transportation management systems and software
