**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent

**Skills**:

- Educate: Ability to provide information or instruction to others in a clear and concise manner.

**Salary**: £40.00-£47.00 per hour
