**Salary**: £21,000-25,000 (Depending on Experience)
**Location**: Armagh, Co Armagh
**Status**: Full-time/Permanent
**Hours of Work**: 9.00am - 5.00pm Mon to Fri (8 hour shift)
**Holidays**:28 days annual leave
Our client is a well-established leading business who provides turn-key solutions to the utilities installation industry. They are one of the major directional drilling providers within the UK & Ireland.
They have offices in Ireland and Wales and support activities through the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls from main phone line and redirecting as necessary.
- Comprehensive Travel & Accommodation bookings for employees.
- Arranging hire of Plant & Machinery for work projects.
- Working closely with Site Supervisors / Managers on Plant requirements & movements.
- Producing Reports & Invoices to the Finance Department weekly of costs.
- Working closely alongside the Accounts & Compliance Departments of the Business.
- Other Ad-hoc duties within the Administration of the Business.
- Adhere to the Data Protection Act.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- You must be polite and well-mannered with a helpful "will do" attitude
- Well organised and methodical, with ability to show attention to detail in all matters.
- Effective communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Strong sense of time management, punctuality, and reliability.
- Conscientious and a “team player”
- Excellent IT skills are necessary.
**Criteria/Essential Qualifications**:
- 5 GCSE’s to include English and Maths
- Minimum of 2 years’ office experience
- Microsoft Office Experience - Excel, Outlook & SharePoint
- Proactive and can work independently using own initiative
- Demonstrate high levels of organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships, communicating formally and informally with colleagues and suppliers.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
