We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Armagh, providing administration support to the Children and Young Peoples Service Department.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes data entry, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, and communicating effectively with service users, Central Support Team Officers, and administrative staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
