Client Services Account Manager

**Experience/Knowledge**

- 5+ years in a client focussed UK banking environment
- Good understanding of UK banking products and UK market infrastructure
- Good understanding of legal documentation/contracts/PoAs

**Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role**:
Being part of a team that processes all clients' requests on daily banking and participates in local and global implementations. Constant improvement of client satisfaction is the team's primary objective.
- Support to external clients in respect of their international and UK local, domestic products linked to their accounts
- Prepare, check and process account opening documentation and contracts. Duties will include liaising with ING in other countries to retrieve the relevant information and supporting documents
- Prepare, check and process Powers of Attorney and account mandate updates for local and international accounts
- Prepare, check and process facility documentation and ensure that each facility is implemented, renewed and maintain adequately at all times
- Prepare, check and process electronic banking contracts for local and international clients
**ING Client Services is part of a network of Client Services Teams across the globe with responsibility to service the ING growing customer base of current accounts, products and related facilities. Together with the Payment and Cash Management teamthey form the Transaction Services Client Loyalty team.**

The Client Services team in UK is a small team of experts who liaise with several other teams and departments across the Bank locally and worldwide including Credit Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Shipping and Structure Finance. The Client Services teamensures that all services are delivered to the highest standard and in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures, meeting regulatory, risk and control requirements.
