**About Our Client**:
Our client is an award-winning distributor of homewares, who have been in operation for over 30 years. They are looking for an experienced Content Writer to join their expanding marketing team at the head office in Staffordshire.

The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
- Design consumer lifecycle strategies to support the delivery of the business KPI's
- Set up and manage a new loyalty points scheme across each website designed to increase market share and £CLV
- Increase average basket spend through testing and optimising upsell & cross sell opportunities
- Design requirements and work with the communications team to create engaging campaign content to support to all initiatives
- Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximise customer revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross sell and increased product penetration
- Monitor and report on the performance of these campaigns against agreed KPI's
- Keep schedule/work progress updated to allow for visibility on job process
- Work within the CMS web platform and company preferred E-CRM/ E-Mail platform

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Familiarity with either Dot Digital or Klayvio desirable
- Familiarity with GA4, analyzing data and generating usable insights
- Ability to work as part of the E-Commerce team working alongside other team members across Consumer Acquisitions, Content Creation and Trading
- Work alongside the wider Marketing Team aligning multi-channel activity throughout the consumer purchase journey including social media and influencer marketers
