**About the Role**:
As a Wellbeing and Benefits Advisor, you'll spearhead the communication, development, and coordination of our wellbeing and benefits programs. Your expertise will drive annual processes, contribute to the refinement of existing benefits, and play a pivotal role in supporting our overall Reward strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously evaluate our wellbeing and benefits strategy in collaboration with data analysis.
- Assist in analysing, managing, and distributing our share plans.
- Provide analytical insights for Remuneration Committee and Executive Board presentations.
- Develop predictive benefit benchmarking models and tools.
- Lead the assessment of competitive, innovative, and cost-effective benefits.
- Benchmark wellbeing and benefits practices, ensuring we're an employer of choice.
- Lead wellbeing and benefits projects when needed.
- Produce data reports for informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Group Head of Reward to communicate and promote group benefits.
- Stay updated on reward and benefits trends and legislation.
- Implement new practices that align with our people and reward strategy.
- Drive process automation and identify opportunities for task time reduction through technology.
- Provide support for colleague inquiries related to rewards, benefits, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with finance teams to manage compensation plans within budget.
- Shape and execute our health & wellbeing calendar, coordinating various events.
- Ensure accessible information and tools for colleagues' health and wellbeing needs.
- Regularly update wellbeing and benefits communication channels.

**Skills and Experience**:
We're seeking an analytical, process-driven individual with previous reward and benefits experience, ideally within a PLC environment. Your ability to manage multiple fast-paced workstreams and your collaborative approach will be essential for success.

Key qualifications include (but are not limited to):

- Essential experience in Reward, including benefits and wellbeing initiatives (share plans, pensions, health support, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for building relationships.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and numerical analysis.
- Understanding of share plans (SAYE, LTIPs, Restricted Stock Plans, etc.).
- Experience with SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.
- Professionalism, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
- Initiative and self-directed work capabilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude for novel and intricate challenges.
