**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

A super new role has just landed for an Office Administrator to join a small team. Working in newly refurbished open-planned offices you will be supporting the team with general administrative duties. Ideally you will have some previous work experience (not necessarily office based) and used to working within a busy environment so could suit a work returner.

This role offers genuine opportunities for development.

Salary £22K + benefits including free on-site parking

Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include,
- Meeting and greeting visitors, preparing refreshments or business lunches
- Arranging business travel
- Assisting other colleagues/departments
- General administration duties including filing

The ideal Office Administrator will need,
- Be educated to GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage and multi-task
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience using Sage X3 or a similar ERP system would be an advantage but training will be given
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and helping others

Hours - 8am-5pm Mon to Thurs, 8am-1pm Fri 1 hour lunch break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
