**What you’ll be doing as a Fleet Compliance Administrator**
You will provide specified administrative support to Fleet Services ensuring our vehicles and drivers are safe, legally compliant, and able to carry out their roles to deliver for our customers. You will be conversing with Thames Water Drivers and Managers,Third Party Fleet Services, Fleet and Logistics teams and local authorities.
Key duties will include:
- Registering and taxing vehicles - Ensuring all Thames Water fleet vehicles are registered (and unregistered) with DVLA and taxed appropriately
- Managing documentation for vehicles and plant - All vehicles have appropriate documentation and transfer of ownership is managed efficiently. All vehicles that require it have parking permit letters
- Charge account management - The Dart and London Congestion Charge accounts accurately reflect our Fleet with fees are paid as required
- Fees and fines administration - Driving offence fine management is efficient and effective and all fees and fines are appealed or paid promptly as appropriate. Recovery of driver influenced PCNs (fines)
- Service and maintenance escalations - Where vehicles and plant have not been booked for maintenance within the expected period, drivers and managers are liaised with to ensure these are booked in good time
- Data and reporting - Data and reports from suppliers are reconciled or spot-checked to ensure accuracy. Risks and issues are raised effectively
**Job Details**:
- £22,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
- This is an office role based at Clearwater Court, Reading
- 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.00am to 16.00pm
- Full-Time, Permanent position
**What you should bring to the role**:
- Previous experience in an Administration position dealing with personal and sensitive data
- Proven experience checking and cross-referencing data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Excel and general use of different systems
