Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Assist the service department with keeping customers updated
**Skills**:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
