Opus People Solutions are seeking an Administration Support role to join an award-winning team based in Ipswich on a full time, permanent basis.

Day to day, you will:
- Support the administration team with the creation and maintenance of data for all new and existing financial clients
- Respond to financial-related queries in a timely manner
- Provide support to the Investment Managers as necessary
- Support the Administration team with the transfer in and out of accounts in a timely manner.
- Supporting your team by sharing knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues. Understanding team goals and helping each other to smash them.
- Providing great customer Service with a positive attitude and to help find solutions in line with FCA principles
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
