A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a financial services administrator to join a UK leading client in the outer Ipswich area. Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator, ideally with some background in financial services.

**Duties**:

- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
