**Accounts Payable Specialist Full Time**

**We are recruiting for a new Accounts Payable Specialist to join our energetic team and support our growing company.**

**Primary Duties**

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the administration, invoicing and reconciliation of key projects, liaising both internally and with external clients to maintain accurate records
- Review customer documents for completeness and accuracy
- Initiate payments and review expenses through collection, processing, verification, and reconciling invoices
- Assess documentation compliance with applicable policies to assure the quality and the integrity of the data collection
- Communicate with stakeholders, as necessary, to obtain proper information and/or clarify any questionable data regarding submitted invoices, tax documents, and contracts
- Enter pertinent data into applicable enterprise systems
- Manually correct data, as needed, to align across various systems
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets of invoices received, processed, and paid
- Follow up on unclaimed funds, as needed

**Experience**
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills that foster the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving, investigative, analytical, and methodical thinking style required for documentation, research and resolution, and data analysis.
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.), online research skills, and ability to learn multiple different internal and client systems.
- Self-initiating, meticulous, and detail-oriented with effective follow-up and time management skills.
- Proficient in data entry and data management.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
