Retirement Living Administrator

BDS Recruitment are currently recruit for a Retirement Living Admin to work within a Sheltered Housing Scheme based in the SL1 area of Slough
You will be based within a beautiful service hosting 56 one and two bed apartments and will work with the Scheme Manager to help support the running of the service and admin.
Duties include but will not be limited too;
- Helping compete health and safety checks
- Supporting with welfare checks
- Writing up reports
- Logging any relevant paperwork
- Answering any correspondents from 3rd parties and residents
Hours; 15 hours per week between Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5pm
Pay rate of £12.10ph
This is initially a temporary ongoing position with the possibility of becoming a perm position,

Pay: From £12.10 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Licence/Certification:
- Enhanced DBS within last 12 months or on the update service? (required)
