**About us and the role**

The Marketing and Engagement Officer will report to the Senior Marketing Lead and will be responsible to oversee marketing campaigns and targeted publicity for schools in Avanti. We are looking for an individual who wants to be part of a small vibrant marketing and communications team, with a creative and pro-active approach.

**What will you do?**
- Oversee marketing campaigns and targeted publicity for Avanti Schools Trust, focusing on schools in Bishops’ Stortford and East London.
- Develop and design marketing content in collaboration with schools and the central marketing team.
- Assist in developing overall marketing strategies for each school and engage in significant stakeholder management.
- Coordinate regular marketing catch-ups with school principals, aligning objectives, and delivering progress reports.
- Identify opportunities to engage with the local community, including feeder schools, parents, businesses, and charities.
- Organise and administer open day events and tours for each school, manage communication for admissions, and support photography/videography needs.
