Office Administrator - FTC - Wimborne - £22,000
An Office Administrator is required to join our client on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The main aspect of the role is to undertake a wide range of duties to support the management and services provided.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Main responsibilities:

- Prepare required documents and reports for all internal & external meetings
- Monitor the office supplies, replenishing when necessary and ensure stock levels are never low
- Deal with all incoming post by sorting and distributing to required people and organise outgoing postal duties
- Scan all required documents into the correct place
- Arrange any maintenance and repairs needed in the office
- Liaise with tenants on facility issues
- Keep accurate records or facilities costs and health & safety
- Provide general office administration support to the team

Skills required:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Practical and 'hands on' approach to working
- Thorough and consistent with all tasks
- Able to prioritise time sensitive workload
- Aware of the importance of confidentiality
