We are currently looking for a confident and experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team.

This challenging role within a growing business could be a great step for anyone with passion for customer service looking to start or progress their hospitality career.You will be working in a diverse, fast-paced environment with a dynamic and enthusiastic team.

Previous experience is desirable but great attitude and passion for hotels is a must.

Other duties will include:

- Completing all admin duties in connection with the hotel reception including checking guests in and out, billing, taking payment and hosting breakfast service.
- Competent use of our computer based online booking system (Rezlynx Guestline)
- You are expected to have a good knowledge of the local area.
- Be responsible for guest evacuation in case of emergency.

The reception hours are currently 24 hours a day, with full and part time positions available.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £9.00 per hour
