An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a receptionist based in our site in Wigan working Monday to Friday 9.00 till 15.00 - 30 hours per week.

The role:

- First point of contact on site to greet visitors arriving on site
- Organise site tours and week ahead events
- Answer external/internal incoming calls
- PPE issue to visitors and staff
- Set up meetings on site and post meeting signs up daily
- Diary Management
- Look after the petty cash/stamp issue
- Sign for parcels and distribute to relevant departments
- Sort incoming mail
- Frank outgoing mail
- Organise hire cars, hotels, and travel
- Support other departments upon request
- Create purchase orders on the Oracle system
- Organise courier collections
- Order stationery via Oracle for the site
- Order uniform/PPE via Oracle for the site on a weekly basis
- Assist the Site Coordinator with laminating posters and help with advertising up and coming events.

The Person:

- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable
- Ability to communicate well with, and engage with all levels
- Excellent PC skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload, working under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confidential and professional approach
