An exciting opportunity has arisen in Nottinghamshire County Council’s Risk and Insurance team. We are seeking two enthusiastic individuals who will positively contribute to and support our experienced inhouse claims handling team.

You will be responsible for undertaking all administrative duties to support the day to day delivery of the service and will effectively handle a range of low value claims including liability, property, and motor claims.

You will have:

- a high standard of literacy and numeracy.
- experience of providing administrative support in a busy customer focused service delivery.
- experience of written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
- experience of following defined procedures to produce set service delivery outcomes.
- experience and competence in using IT and common business support packages including Word processing and Excel spreadsheets.

Experience of claims handling and insurance would be desirable but not essential as internal development and training will be provided.
