**Support Worker - Sunnydale**

**Craven Arms SY7 9PY**

**£12.60-£13.30 per hour**

**08:30AM - 21:00PM**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking full time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Sunnydale, Craven Arms - part time hours (21+ hours per week) can also be considered.

One thing that is for sure is that joining our team at Sunnydale will be fulfilling and rewarding, offering you stability with the opportunity to grow and develop your career further.

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder

Sunnydale is a residential care home based in Shropshire, providing rehabilitation support for people with Mental Health Needs. The residential home supports up to 10 adults.

**As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including**
- Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
- Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

**Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development**
