**Company description**
Purpose Care supports young people who are aged 16 plus with life skills preparing them for when they leave care. This includes budgeting, cooking, education and training. Computer literacy, empathy with young people, ability to do shift work, working under pressure, lone working and working as a team is required.
Purpose Care is seeking bank staff that is energetic, keen to work with young people in care and can work a variety of shifts if needed.
You will be paid monthly and make your own tax arrangements

Purpose Care is a semi-independent supported living company. We support young people, 24 hours/7 days a week in shared accommodation in Aylesbury.
Purpose Care supports our young people in education, sport, training in order to give focus and direction to their lives.
The work involves managing challenging behaviour, recording, report writing, a good telephone manner and facilitating the skills needed to be independent.
You will need to demonstrate
A non-judgemental attitude
A genuine wish to improve the life chances of young people
All applicants must provide 2 referees and preferably already have a DBS check
Preference will be given to applicants who are on the DBS update service

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
