We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with excellent knowledge of the CRM suite. You will drive both the day-to-day and strategic administration of the Salesforce system to ensure it provides maximum benefit to the University and its key stakeholders. Working with multiple teams that utilise the platform, you will oversee the delivery of its capabilities through managing the support process. You will ensure delivery of general system administration tasks such as user account maintenance, workflow management, data management, support of building reports and dashboards.

**About You**:
You will have a strong CRM administration experience and relevant Salesforce Certifications or demonstrable experience. You will ideally have experience of working in a fast paced, evolving company, that is constantly growing and pushing boundaries and therefore needs its systems to be able to support this.

You will have strong knowledge of automation configuration, custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

You will collaborate with others within the Salesforce Team to identify, design and build salesforce solutions to ensure Arden University gets the most out of Salesforce. Building trust and strong relationships within the business is a must, to ensure you get the most out of Salesforce

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be demonstrated by your experiences as part of a service delivery team.

You will have a wide range of other knowledge/skills including improving business processes; overseeing testing; data analysis; identifying and implementing system enhancements. You must be able to lead by example, work independently (at times under pressure), and to tight timescales and your work should be of a high standard with great attention to detail.

You will recommend and prepare documentation; host training sessions on best practice and new/ evolving processes as Salesforce and the business continues to grow.
