We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales to local businesses ranging from 1-100+ employees. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with prspects, we want to hear from you

**WHY - Purpose**:The objective of this position is to identify opportunities for BNET's and FTTP with Wireless Access Points and Security solutions as applicable, while also ensuring the retention of customers by renewing contracts for internet services when appropriate. You will also be able to find opportunity for Cloud and Mobile as part of a cross selling or primary selling point. Mobile leads will be passed to the relevant team.
**WITH WHO - Relationships**: Engaging with primary decision-makers in the Coventry region's SME sector, including Managing Directors, IT Directors, Sales Directors, and Finance Directors, you'll have the opportunity to sell to organizations spanning from 1 employee to those with 100 or more employees.
Your fellow sales team will consist of 17 Desk-Based Sales Consultants, 4 Field Sales representatives, and Customer Service Colleagues. We operate as a cohesive unit, striving towards common goals and individual targets, emphasizing the importance of collaboration. Building strong relationships with the service team is essential to expedite order issue resolution and streamline the sales process.
The Management team consists of: Your Sales Managers, The Operations & HR Manager, Engagement & Talent Acquisition Manager and Manager Director. It is important that you have the same sales drive and goals as your peers, which is to over achieve on all quarterly targets as well as your own personal targets.
Relationships with BT Departments, key personnel within BT and also key members of the Support Team from BT are important in helping with development and ensuring clients are accurately passed to the relevant teams within BT to help resolve any issues.
**RESULTS - Outputs**:
- Minimum 50 calls per day and 2 hours talk time.
- Minimum of a sale a day.
- Booking Meetings where appropriate - See Payplan rules.
- Focussed selling on Internet Access, Cloud and Resigning the existing sales base.
- You will have 3targets. GP, Cloud SOV & Connectivity SOV
- To “Landscape” Customers and capture what services they have, with whom and when are they out of contract.
- To Manage effectively your opportunity prospect bank.
- To deliver an accurate weekly forecast on your target areas to the Sales Manager.
You must be able to perform administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy. (Completing Sales Order Paperwork)
**WHAT - Activities**:
- Making a Minimum 50 Outbound Calls in a B2B environment to overachieve your sales targets.
- To complete all Sales Order paper work within 24 hours with a high level of accuracy.
- To keep up to date a full and complete Sales Ledger tracking your sales which would be checked every Friday.
- To learn and develop your own effective solution selling sales technique to ensure you are selling multi product solutions.
- To deal with any inbound queries and pass to the relevant team within our office and or BT.
- To take ownership of all of your targets and deliver on a consistent basis - reviewed monthly and then quarterly.
- To proactively learn about BT’s Portfolio of products using the “Learning Academy” accreditation provided over a 12 month period.
- To log accurately all campaign calls using the CRM system (Salesforce) - Regular reviews as part of your 1-2-1.

**Experience**:
- Minimum 12 month Telesales Experience in either B2C or B2B
**Qualifications**:
- 5 GCSE’s graded C and above/graded 5 and above - including Math and English.
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
