Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) are a financial services network based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a financial planning Paraplanner to join our growing team.

The role of a Rosemount Paraplanner will primarily involve providing administrative support to our Financial Planners within the network. You will also work closely with other staff members to understand client needs and objectives, to research and devise solutions and to produce effective and accurate reports for clients. There would also be the future opportunity to become a Financial Planner, fully funded by the Company.

Role Summary
- To write client reports and detailed suitability letters, including client reviews, within agreed timescales/quality standards.
- Conduct necessary product research.
- Liaise with providers and industry partners to efficiently collate necessary client information and documentation.
- To facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business.
- To provide close effective technical and administrative support for our external and internal Financial Planners and Mortgage Advisers.
- Using our CRM system, provide important support to ensure records remain compliant within FCA regulation
- Maintaining positive relationships with our customers, Financial Planners.

Qualifications/Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience of IT systems including Excel and Microsoft Word.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
