Job Title: Financial Administrator
Salary: £28,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at RemoteWorker UK. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Process purchase invoices and employee expense claims using Xero, working closely with budget holders to obtain approvals.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, verifying all transactions align accurately across systems.
- Assist the Financial Controller with various finance-related tasks, including report preparation and financial analysis.
- Contribute to office management and administrative tasks, helping maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a finance department or similar role, ideally with exposure to accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using Xero or other accounting software.
