Job Title: Financial Administrator

Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at RemoteWorker UK. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Process purchase invoices and employee expense claims using Xero, working closely with budget holders to obtain approvals.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations, verifying all transactions align accurately across systems.
  • Assist the Financial Controller with various finance-related tasks, including report preparation and financial analysis.
  • Contribute to office management and administrative tasks, helping maintain a productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a finance department or similar role, ideally with exposure to accounts payable and receivable.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using Xero or other accounting software.
